First made as a steakhouse sauce in the 1980's, Ukuva's Chakalaka relish has been charming diners ever since. Tangy, sweet and spicy, the sauce is delicious with flame grilled lamb, pork, chicken, corn, burgers or vegetable skewers. Add it to cream cheese as a topping for oven roasted potato wedges and garnish with crispy onion flakes, or use the relish as a dip with corn chips. Carefully assembled small batches are presented in beautifully adorned bottles that tell how each sauce was inspired.
