Returns
We accept returns for World’s Window merchandise within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. In-store purchases must be returned directly to World’s Window during regular business hours. To request an exchange for an online order, email worldswindow.cf@gmail.com. Once approved, ship your return to 214 Main Street, Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, food, plants, flowers, or personal care items.
Exchanges
To exchange an in-store purchase bring the item and your receipt to World’s Window. If the item qualifies, you may exchange it for something else on the spot. For online orders, begin a return by emailing worldswindow.cf@gmail.com. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your replacement item.
Refunds
In-store refunds (for eligible items) will be issued at the time of return, either back to your original payment method or as store credit. Online refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at worldswindow.cf@gmail.com.
Please Note: All sales from The Cob Mercantile are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Cob Mercantile merchandise.
