The Hoya Krimson Queen (Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen') is a stunning, easy-care houseplant featuring thick, waxy, green leaves with striking white, cream, and pink variegation along the leaf margins. To thrive, provide bright, indirect light, a chunky, well-draining soil mix, and water thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry. The main difference between Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen' and 'Krimson Princess' is the placement of their variegation: the Queen has white or pink edges with a green center (outer variegation), while the Princess has a white or cream center with green edges (inner variegation).
