Philodendron xanadu (now often classified as Thaumatophyllum xanadu) thrives in bright, indirect light and well-draining soil, requiring water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. It thrives in temperatures of 65°F–85°F (18°C–29°C) and high humidity, making it ideal for bright indoor spots. Use a balanced fertilizer monthly in spring and summer, and watch for potential pests like spider mites.
