Scott's pottery journey began in 2019 at the Hearst Center for the Arts in Cedar Falls. Guided by those early hours of studio time, Scott's prayer practice and hobby has now taken a new shape: as the artisan- owner of Otter Road Pottery located on the edge of the beautiful driftless region in Northern Fayette County, Iowa.
